About Mentor:

Susan is a lawyer by profession, an HR by profession and a Skincare formulator by passion. I has mentored over 1000 professionals over the course of her 28 year corporate career and role as head of HR for mid and small IT & Ed tech companies. She has recently started mentoring women entrepreneurs and has mentored over 50 of them. She is empanelled with IIM Bangalore’s NSRCEL for mentoring women entrepreneurs from rural Karnataka and at XIME as a mentor for mentoring women in Orissa to increase their livelihood to at least Rs.20K per month.

About Session:

I come with 28 years of experience in HR, Recruitment, Management and leadership development. I also have considerable experience in helping companies scale and grow.

Interns in my corporate careers who were exploring careers after education. I also took two sessions with 12th graders looking for career options after traditional education.

Message for Attendees:

I am looking for mentees who want to break all barriers, leave all excuses and strive to better themselves in every way in their lives. They should be punctual for meetings and commit to at least 1 session a week to see good progress.
