Who is Tanushree?

I have been working as a Coach predominantly and run a Leadership cohort program for mentoring and coaching Senior leaders & entrepreneurs (men/women) for clarity building/ effective decision-making/goal setting & habit building part , other than 1-on-1 & group programs. I have over 120+ hours of coaching experience since 2020 todate. I have mentored creative professionals,women entrepreneurs in handcrafted businesses too to achieve clarity and build business strategies.

Tanushree works as an Energy Mindset Coach and is the author of the book: Bring Out That Red Lipstick.
Her mission is to create awareness in individuals, leaders & entrepreneurs to manifest their innate energy balance for success and leadership through her Inner Shakti Blueprint for
Empathetic Leadership.
With a background of 15+ years in energy work, mindfulness, Vipassana, a decade-long social entrepreneurship and leadership development, she brings a unique blend of expertise to help you unlock your full potential. She has worked with a diverse range of clients, from
corporate leaders & entrepreneurs seeking to enhance their leadership presence to individuals on a path to personal growth and self-awareness.

Expectations from Attendee

Mentees need to come with an open mind and heart. They need to be prepared for the session with a challenge and the goal they want to achieve through the session. It will be better if they can communicate it ahead of the session so that the session can be utilized to the best . With the session would come some takeaways and action plan and I expect the mentee to stay in touch regrading the action plan and its implementation to ensure that the mentee receives the benefit completely.
